Mr. Hernandez holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and brings extensive experience across meat processing facilities, farms, and abattoirs. In Canada, he is also the Owner and Operator of Lara’s Meat in Winnipeg, where he has worked within provincial and federally regulated food manufacturing systems, applying strict GMP, PPE, and health and safety standards.
His background includes roles in quality control, sanitation, and production with organizations such as Maple Leaf Agri-Farms, Granny’s Poultry, and Dunn-Rite Foods. Since 2015, E&S Cleaners has proudly provided ongoing cleaning services to Dunn-Rite Foods.
